As the Recruitment & Engagement Advisor at the Hub, I have the following responsibilities:

1. Building relationships with local businesses for recruitment.

2. Organising our jobs fairs, including encouraging companies and jobseekers to attend.

3. Meeting with clients to build positive relationships and foster recruitment via the Hub.

4. Understanding companies, their industries, job roles, and recruitment practices.

5. Updating our social media platforms: Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram. 

6. Supporting hubbers with skills identification, CV preparation, and communication with employers and training providers.

7. Conducting one-on-one and group sessions for hubbers, including job hubs, CV writing, LinkedIn building, digital skills, interview skills, and confidence-building.

8. Maintaining candidate and client databases.

9. And lastly, maintaining the content on this fantastic website!
